Após duas edições extremamente bem sucedias, o Perro Loco chega a sua terceira edição e segue na viagem em busca da descoberta pela História e pelos caminhos tortuosos da América Latina.
Organizado pelos estudantes da Universidade Federal de Goiás (UFG), o Festival continua apostando na aliança entre cinema e outras diversas manifestações culturais que mantém vivo o movimento de transformação social pelo qual pretende levar uma visão diferente da cultura latino-americana a comunidade.
Em 2009, o Perro Loco terá como eixo central o tema ?Alegorias? e um dos grandes desafios foi articular essa proposta temática ao espaços Mostra Competitiva Universitária, Mostra Paralela, Oficinas, Mini-cursos, e atividades culturais.
Como já é tradição, o Perro Loco convoca todos os amantes de cinema que querem gritar o amor pela América Latina, e que precisam, de alguma forma, mostrar o quanto nosso continente é grandioso. A tela do cinema é a janela do mundo e também queremos ver a América Latina em cartaz. Participe conosco dessa sessão mágica!
